Corrections Policy
We publish figures that change and details that operators alter without notice. When something is wrong, the fix should be visible rather than quiet.

How to report an error
Send us the page address, the specific statement you believe is incorrect, and — if you have one — a source that shows the correct position. Use the contact page. Reports that name the exact claim are actioned fastest.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We aim to reply within five working days.
- Verification. We re-check the claim against a primary source under our fact-checking policy.
- Action. A confirmed error is corrected. A claim we can no longer substantiate is removed, not reworded to sound vaguer.
How corrections are shown
Substantive corrections
When a correction changes the meaning of a page — a payout minimum, a fee, a platform's status, a safety-relevant statement — we note on the page what was changed and when.
Routine updates
Typos, broken links, formatting and clarifications that do not change meaning are fixed without a note.
Withdrawn content
If a page can no longer be supported at all, we would rather withdraw or rewrite it than leave it standing with a disclaimer attached.
Requests from platform operators
Operators are welcome to submit corrections and are treated exactly like any other reader: we verify against evidence. A commercial relationship does not entitle a partner to have unfavourable but accurate information removed. See our advertising disclosure.
What we cannot resolve
We are not a dispute service. We cannot recover funds, unlock an account, or intervene with a platform on your behalf. If a platform has not paid you, raise it with the operator and with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
